Foodie Recipe: Cucumber Fried Chicken Breast

We recommend a simple and fast home-cooked stir-fry. The main ingredients are chicken breast and cucumber, and then stir-fry with a few seasonings. The taste is crisp, tender and delicious, low-fat and low-calorie. It is perfect as a dish during the fat-reducing period!
Required ingredients: 250 grams of Tyson chicken breast, 1 cucumber, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, ground black pepper, some salt, 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, and some cooking oil.
Cooking Steps:
1. Cut the chicken breast into small pieces, add soy sauce, cooking wine, cornstarch, a little salt and crushed black pepper, mix well and marinate for ten minutes.
2. Cut the cucumber into cubes, cut the garlic into minced garlic, fry the minced garlic until fragrant, pour in the diced chicken and stir-fry until it turns white.
3. Add in cucumber and stir fry quickly for 10-15 seconds, add oyster sauce and stir fry evenly.
