Foodie Recipe: Broccoli with Chicken Breast

Cooking steps:

2️⃣Break the broccoli into small pieces, cut the red pepper into small pieces, and chop the minced garlic for use.
3️⃣Add a little salt and cooking oil to the boiling water, blanch the broccoli for two minutes and remove the cold water.
4️⃣ Fry the diced chicken until it changes color and comes out, then fry minced garlic and red pepper in the bottom oil of the pan, add the broccoli and stir fry quickly and evenly.
5️⃣Add in a spoonful of soy sauce and oyster sauce, stir-fry for color, add in diced chicken, mix and stir-fry evenly, add a little chicken essence to taste before serving.
